Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, graphics, logos, designs, source code, documents, and marketing materials created by MARKONNIX remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

After full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless third-party licenses or software restrictions apply.

MARKONNIX reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to:

Limitation of Liability

If work has already been completed, the client must pay for the completed portion of the project. Any prepaid amount for work already performed will not be refunded.
